Simply screw on a steel 12g threaded ball and the threads are made. You can also use this with a 14g threaded ball, but you will have to shave it down pn the ends first to allow you to fit a 14g thread. PTFE can be autoclaved like steel and is super flexible and comfortable. Put it to any length with snips or scissors.
