We go out of our way to get you a sign in perfect condition and guarantee this to you. Each sign is meticulously packaged using a double box system as well as foam, bracing, etc. In the case that even after all these efforts the sign arrives broken, we will arrange to send you the parts that have been broken in order to have them replaced. We will further pay a reasonable fee to have them replaced for you if you are not comfortable doing it yourself. WE WILL NOT send out a replacement sign. None of the shipping companies offer insurance for us to ship these signs to you so we have to pay for the replacement parts and repairs out of our own pocket. In order to offer you a price that is often 1/3 of the going rate for neon signs, we ask that you please work with us in the case we need to get your sign back to a NEW and working condition. WE WILL NOT SEND OUT REPLACEMENT SIGNS, BUT WILL SEND OUT THE PARTS TO REPLACE ANY BROKEN NEON GLASS THAT MAY BE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING AS WELL AS THE REASONABLE COST TO REPLACE THEM IF YOU DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING IT YOURSELF.
