NOT JUST FOR TONGUES!!! I recommend these all the time to endowed woman who want their nipples pierce because they will have trouble with standard captive and circular barbell rings. I personally find these as a great alternative. Many woman will have more pain and longer healing time with the standard rings. There is less irritation with these rings for woman who even just experience more sensitivity, but are interested in having their nipples pierced.
