What is this? Ultra comfortable bioplast threadless spike insert nose ring. This piece is unique in that it does not use threads, but rather a snap fit design to easily insert and remove the end. This can be changed out without having to remove the actual nostril screw. The modern bioflex material is very soft and flexible, YET IS 100% SAFE TO AUTOCLAVE. The 18 gauge bioflex nose screw features a snap in gem cone spike that is made of 316L surgical stainless steel.
