The geometry is so that that the front post is set forward, but the coils are set back like a liner, giving this machine a little of both worlds. Each machine is hand made with meticulous care and experience. The process to make the steel for each machine takes about 1 day, then the best parts are chosen and added to create a strong hitting, perfectly tuned piece of tattoo machinery.
Each machine is hand made and each piece of Damascus is hand forged so each and every machine will have slightly different markings, highlights, etc. No two machines will be alike, making each machine totally unique. The machine you will receive will be similar in markings, etc as the one in the photograph one, but never identical - The machine used in these pictures was chosen completely randomly.

WHAT IS DAMASCUS STEEL?
Damascus steel, properly made, is one of the finest tattoo machine materials available today. This quality stems from the use of two or more types of steel, each having it's own traits and grades of harden ability, toughness, abrasion resistance, etc. Once combined into multiple alternating layers, heat treated and tempered, the final product exhibits a strength, toughness and look that can not be duplicated in any way!
