These copiers are EXCELLENT for the money but do have a couple of small things to note.. The copier works GREAT and is brand new. The only problem that we feel it is only fair to let you know about is that though the copier shows a bunch of buttons (auto, halftone, resolution, help), they are all pretty much useless.. The most important thing on the machine is the "COPY" button and it works like a champ! THIS MACHINE MAKES EXCELLENT STENCILS. If you are looking for a copier with all the bells and whistles like the $1000 3M copier, please go ahead and spend the money to buy a 3M copier. If you are looking for a workhorse stencil maker to save you LOTS of time and MONEY, this is your stencil copier machine! This is the same machine the Chinese are selling with the exception that we want to be honest and let you know these facts. They do not care about your repeat business so they will not tell you, but their machines have the same exact problems.. They are just more willing to take your money and run! The main thing that sets up apart from the Chinese sellers is that if you are not completely happy, you can send it back to us in the USA (not in CHINA) and we will offer you a full refund! Please make sure you understand this before you buy it.
