In the case of pierced nipple rings, we use a standard 5/8" straight barbell that is 14 gauge and crafted in 316L surgical stainless steel. Our unique line of non-pierced nipple rings are very popular and are simply slipped over the nipple. The pressure put on the nipple causes the nipple swell slightly enough to keep the piece COMFORTABLY in place.
