This tattoo grip is manufactured using polyurethane with a melting point of 356°F (180°C) - The tattoo tune is fixed permanently to the grip and there are no set screws onthis entire piece. You simply push in the desired tip and it stays in place until you are done.. Then sterilize and re-use!
