6" long high grade 410 Surgical steel Septum Forcep. Tubes are big enough to allow a 10g Needle to pass through with ease. This is the true septum forcep. It has a big enough space under the tubes to allow the bridge of the nose to not get pinched when squeezing the forcep together.

I found these to be very uncomfortable. Them inside of the forceps is rough, The metal is not smooth, and it kind of cuts. Do not prefer this one... Rating: [2 of 5 Stars]
