i just wanted every 1 to know that im am impressed with the customer service given by monsterr steel employees,they really took care of a return problem,thought it was goin 2 b a nightmare,but the 2 rpes. that i dealt with really showed a concern to make it right,i will use no other sorce 4 my supplies im not sure if i should mention the names of the 2 reps,that took care of me,but im going too, thanks so much 2 bill & laura,from start to finish,its hard to find people in a large company that seem to really care about us little guys,and not just the order,& money in the bank.
