Title: The costumer service rocks!
When I recieved an incomplete order, I wasn't sure how it would go over with Costumer Service. But they were awesome! They sent my missing parts through air mail, and told me I didn't need to bother sending the incomplete jewelry back, they'd just send me new ones, which was VERY helpful. Took about 5 mins to get it all sorted out. -- The jewelry itself is pretty great too, especially for the price. This was my first order, so I wasn't 100% sure what to expect, and aside from a mis-threaded labret, a circular eyebrow with a missing spike, and a mix-up with cone spikes and balls, everything was perfect. I'd order again, definitely. I wasn't at all disappointed in the actual appearance of ANY of them, which is a first for me with online orders.
