Title: Wow! Great customer service!
I've ordered several times and I'm always satisfied. Only once I got a piercing clamp that was damaged ( bent ). I emailed Monstersteel to complain that it would cost more than its worth to return it, and frankly I was rude and expected no response. lol To my surprise I was mailed not one, but three new replacements without paying shipping or returning damaged one. Wow!! I was very suprised and not mention felt like a jerk for my rude email. That's great customer service! Monster Steel Rules! Thanks, SHIFTY
