| It is okay if your nipples are pierced and you wish to breastfeed these are your options. You can remove the jewellery altogether and replace it after you finish breastfeeding, you can wear circular barbells, which are easily inserted, and removed at will (however this may cause tenderness), or you can wear barbells that allow the baby to breastfeed without any difficulty. |
