No, the aftercare you describe is not good. Too much rinsing and the Biotene is not appropriate for piercings. Its original function was for hospital patients who had dry mouth. You needed something that would kill bacteria and this product does not.
You are now into the third week of your aftercare and at this point, you just have to use a regular mouthwash and you must increase your time inbetween the rinses. In otherwords, rinse once every 3 hours. No dilution and not after everything that you eat.
By the end of the third week, you should be on regular hygiene. What you did before you got your tongue pierced, you may want to include a plaque reducing mouthwash as some develop plaque on the bottom ball.
