How to Order:

Credit Card Orders:
When placing your order at, you will find our site easy to work with. Just click on the item you wish to order, choose the color and size preference. After you choose your color and size choices, click on order. You can now edit the quantity or continue shopping. When you are done adding items to your chart, just click check out. Enter any coupons or gift certificate codes in the provided space. Enter payment options and choose shipping options. When you have entered all information, just click place order and you are done. Orders: is one of our preferred methods of payment. Once you are done adding items to your cart. proceed to checkout. Choose "paypal" under the method of payment area. This will allow you to checkout completely. Within 24 hours of the receipt of your order, we will forward a payment request to you through the system. Simply follow the directions in that email and your order will ship immediately after we receive confirmation of your payment.

Placing a COD order is simple. Once you are done adding items to your cart. proceed to checkout. Choose "COD" under the method of payment area. This will allow you to checkout completely. Because Fed charges an additional fee for COD orders, a $10.00 fee will be added to your total prior to shipping to cover this additional expense. Shipping Time
Most of our items are in stock at all times. Because of this, we currently ship 95% of our orders within 1-4 days after you place it. If an item happens to be on back order, we will notify you immediately. Depending on the shipping option you chose and your distance from our office in Florida, the shipping time will vary. Orders to Canada are no problem at Just place your order as usual and we will make sure your package arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

What gauge are your jewelry items?
We offer the standard sizes for all of our piercing jewelry. All of our tongue and belly rings are 14 gauge unless otherwise specified in our description. All of our brow rings are16 gauge unless specified otherwise in our description.

Can I order over the phone or fax?

What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST from Monday - Friday.  All shipping is done during these times.  All pickups must also be arranged during our regular business hours.

Do you have a Catalog?
Because our items are constantly changing to keep only the best items at the best prices, we do not offer a paper catalog.

Return Policy

We stand by our products. Exchanges are always welcome as long as the item has not been removed from the clear protective packaging. For obvious health reasons, we do not accept items for refunds. A store credit will be issued to you if the item is returned to us in it's unopened packaging. No refunds will be issued unless a particular situation warrants one. This will only be done on rare occasions after our CEO's approval.
