This stainless steel surface barbell comes in several lengths, from 3/8” (10mm) through 1” (25mm). Depending on bar size, the barbell comes with 3mm, 4mm or 5mm stainless steel balls which both unscrew. The surface barbell has a 3mm rise and external 1.2mm threading on each end. Each barbell is crafted from 316L ASTM F-138 Implant Grade Stainless Steel. This surface barbell is perfect for your nape, sternum, clavicle, and so much more.
