How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and wire transfer. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (the address your payment provider has on file) when completing your order.
Can I pay with COD?
Yes! COD, or cash on delivery, is a feature available after the 3rd consecutive order with us with a value of $100.00 or more. Please be advised there is an additional $14.00 fee for the service.
Is my payment and personal information secured?
We use information obtained to fulfill your orders, and to communicate with you about your orders. We collect your credit card information through our site. The credit card information is encrypted according to strict industry standards. No credit card information is retained or exposed anywhere in our own systems.
What if an item from my order is out of stock?
If any of your items are out of stock, you will receive a notification via email or phone call prior to shipping. Once in contact, we can provide you with alternative options if available or simply process a refund for the out of stock item(s) and ship the rest of the order.
Do you provide overnight shipping?
Of course! Overnight orders will ship promptly and must be received in the system prior to 12pm that business day. Overnight transit times apply only to business days excluding: the day of pickup, weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of carrier such as hazardous weather.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped in a timely manner after the order is placed and may vary depending on order volume.
When can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s site to populate and provide you with the most current update on your package.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product we ask that you please contact us as we can assist you in the return process as all returns must be authorized by our staff. Due to hygienic concerns, all items that have been opened, used or worn are not subject for a return.
Can I cancel my order?
Check the status of your order by logging into your account. You can view all of your previous order under the "My Orders" tab located on the left side bar.
If the Order Status is Processing you can call our Customer Service department at 561-567-9855, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has not been fulfilled or shipped, you may cancel the order; however, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
If the Order Status is Complete you cannot cancel your order. Please contact our Customer Service department to set up a return authorization upon receipt of your order. Please see our Refunds Policy for more information on returns.
How long does it take for the money to be refunded?
For your convenience, we process refunds promptly after the product has been returned to our facility and inspected. Depending on your bank's policies it can take 24-48 hours for the funds to be visible on your account.
Do you have a MonsterSteel catalog?
Since we are constantly in search for the newest items and are continuously changing our inventory due to sales, we encourage you to visit our site for the most current products as we do not provide a catalog.
